合気道とは
合気道は、開祖（創始者）植芝盛平翁が日本伝統の武術の奥義を究め、さらに厳しい精神的修行を経て、術から道へと発展させた近代武道であり、昭和初期に東京都内に専門道場を開設し、合気道の普及と発展に努めたのが始まりです。
合気道最大の特色は「争わない」ことを目的としているため、試合がないということです。稽古では入身と転換の体捌きと呼吸力を理合に則った動きにより、集中力・体幹力を少しずつ高めていきます。老若男女を問わず１０代から７０代の幅広い年代の方々へ、健康・体力作りにお勧めします。

日本弓道は、武道は日本人の「ものの考え方」や「行動の仕方」が内在する運動として取り
組まれて来ました。
特に、礼儀を重んじ、精神統一をして、一本の矢を的に通わせる
精神修養的要素を持った武道です。
弓道は、相手がなくてもできると云う特異な運動で、しかも、年齢,性別,体力
を問わずに練習が始められます。
弓道の学習にあたっては、射技とともに、基本となる体の構え、動作の習得が
重要です。
弓道は、「礼の道」、「仁の道」であります。礼に始まり、礼に終わるのが「弓の道」、
射は自分自身を正しくする道であり、若しも、失敗しても、失礼をしても他人を怨ま
ない道であると教えられています。
「過ちを改めないのが過ち。過ちを改めるに憚るな」
「射は己自身の中に正しきを求めるものである、己正しければ、心清しき」
従いまして、弓を射ると云うことは、的に的中させることを求めるのでは
無くて、一箭に誠を尽くして発せられた矢が、おのずからなる結果として、
的中するのを求めて行射していると云えます。

杖道は、白樫の丸い棒＝長さ四尺二寸一分（約128cm）、直径八分、約2.4cmの杖を用いた武道です。古武道の「神道夢想流杖術」を基に作られた現代武道です。剣道のように自由に技を掛け合うのではなく、決められた形に沿って技をかけていく形武道の一種です。
丸木である杖に刃がありませんこの刃がないという特性を活かして、槍、薙刀、太刀の要素を兼ね備えた千変万化する多種多様な技があります。
また、杖道の理念は「傷つけず 人を懲らして 戒しむる」と平和的であり、現代に相応しい武道といえます。
杖道は形武道であるため、防具は一切使用せず、老若男女、身長、体重の区別無く一緒に行えるのも大きな特長です。
